Growth of single crystals of the weak ferromagnet Fe₃BO₆

　　The Fe₃B0₆ single crystals were grown from the flux consisting of 8,3 mass% Fe₂O₃ + 48,3mass% B₂O₃ + 7,6 mass% PbO + 35,8 mass% PbF₂. The saturation temperature was determined with the help of probe crystals to be Tsat ≈ 890 ？C. The crystals have been characterized by XRD patterns. All the XRD peaks are assigned in terms of an orthorhombic crystal structure (Pnma space group) as reported in the literature for a bulk monocrystalline Fe₃BO₆.
