  报告摘要: 

  In this talk, photoconversions based on photovoltaic effect and hot-electrons will be introduced, respectively, with addressing both the simulation and experiments. From the perspective of energy, optoelectronic and thermodynamic simulation showing profound light-matter interactions as well as multi-physical responses of photovoltaic devices play a significant role in solar cell designs. We perform a comprehensive model of photovoltaic devices with considering optical, electrical and thermal effects, which are fully-coupled in multi-physical domains. The talk will introduce our recent works in light-trapping, photoconversion-improvement, as well as the profound simulation technique of nanostructured solar cells. Moreover, I will present our recent studies on the design of purely planar configurations for hot-electron photodetection. In the planar systems, we carefully design the multilayered planar configuration composed by one-dimensional dielectric photonic and metallic hot-electron collection components, so that the so-called Tamm plasmons can be excited to harness the incident photon energy in an efficient way. We consider both the metal-semiconductor-metal system as well as the Schottky system composed by only metal-semiconductor junction. A detailed optical and electrical design and performance characterization will be presented. The fabrication and performance evaluation of the nanostructured systems for solar energy harvesting will be introduced as well.

  个人简介: 

  李孝峰,男,教授,苏州大学光电信息科学与工程学院副院长,江苏省创新创业高层次人才、江苏省333高层次人才培养工程等人才计划入选者。李孝峰20071月博士毕业于西南交通大学信息科学与技术学院,获“四川省优秀博士论文奖”和“全国百篇优秀博士论文提名奖”。其后,在新加坡南洋理工大学和伦敦帝国理工学院担任研究员,承担过美国国防部先进研究项目局(DARPA)、欧盟(EU)和新加坡科技局(A*Star)多个课题科研任务。20121月回国,来到苏州大学工作,是国家自然科学基金重大研究计划培育/面上/青年项目和教育部博士点博导基金等课题负责人,主持科技部亚非杰出青年科学家来华工作计划项目,参与科技部青年973(排名第二)。已累计在Advanced MaterialsACS NanoAdvanced Energy MaterialsNano EnergySCI期刊发表论文100篇,其中SCI一区论文近20篇。是IEEE、中国光学学会和中国密码学会高级会员,美国光学学会(OSA)、国际光学工程学会(SPIE)和中国光学工程学会会员;在国际会议上做邀请报告/担任分会场主席近30次,获2015年首届“江苏青年光学科技奖”,担任30余个国际SCI期刊论文评审专家,兼任Scientific ReportsOSA Applied OpticsIEEE Photonics Journal三个SCI期刊编辑。研究方向:1)微纳光伏、2)表面等离子与热电子光电转换、3)太阳能光电化学转换。
