科研工作简介:

一、3D打印生物陶瓷支架及骨组织修复与治疗研究
基于溶胶凝胶、喷雾干燥等工艺制备生物玻璃、生物陶瓷粉体原料,采用3D打印技术开展生物玻璃/生物陶瓷支架及其复合支架的制备研究,通过对支架结构和功能化设计,提高支架的骨组织修复与治疗功能。
二、新型纳米生物材料构建及肿瘤治疗应用研究
从高效、安全的肿瘤治疗目的出发,基于生物降解的介孔纳米颗粒、金属有机框架纳米颗粒等新型纳米生物材料,通过功能化设计,赋予纳米生物材料良好的药物/基因递送、光热/磁热、光/化学动力学等功能,实现肿瘤多模式治疗以提高治疗效果。
