科研工作简介:
靳喜海研究员多年来从事纳米复相陶瓷陶瓷、透明陶瓷和纳米储能材料的研究,在相关方面取得了一系列重要的研究成果。成功研制了一系列氧化物基纳米复相陶瓷、Al2O3和AlON透明陶瓷及高性能锂离子电池和超级电容器材料。其中无压烧结制备的透明AlON陶瓷在可见光波长的直线透过率达到了83%,而基于纳米多孔金属集电极的赝电容超级电容器材料在实现高比容量的同时,循环寿命达到60000次。
