  科研工作简介: 

  1. 新型极高熔点碳化物陶瓷的结构裁制与性能提升 

  (1)遴选聚丙烯酸分散剂,揭示TaC粉体表面物理化学吸附机制,制备稳态悬浮的TaC水基浆料。与传统干压成型相比,注浆成型素坯的微结构更均匀。 

  (2)首次实现(Ta,Hf)C固溶相陶瓷常压致密化,揭示高温原位固溶对(Ta,Hf)C极高熔点陶瓷近净尺寸致密化的贡献。针对第二相剪裁设计,实(Ta,Hf)C基超高温常压烧结体综合性能连续可调。 

  (3)通过理论模拟结合SPS制备实验验证,建立了Ta1-xHfxCy体系的脆-延转变判据。 

    

  2.新型SiC基复合材料高效可控制备 

  采用EPD手段诱导SiC填料定向迁移并填充纤维束间大孔实现预致密化;联用EPDPIP多种手段,获得强度和韧性同步提升的SiC基复合材料。
