微波调谐铁电材料

Microwave tunable ferroelectric material 

  铁电材料在电场下具有优异的非线性介电响应特性,可用作铁电移相器、可控天线、可调滤波器、可变电容器等微波调谐器件,具有重要的应用前景。  

  The strong dependence of dielectric constant on electric field of ferroelectric materials have made them prospective materials for microwave tunable devices, such as phase shifters, tunable filters, steerable antennas and variable capacitor etc., and have important application prospect.
